Supporting clients throughout Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland, we're continuing to grow our Occupational Therapy team across Hobart and Launceston.
We're looking for Occupational Therapists who value clinical quality, flexibility and autonomy, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role
You will work with a diverse NDIS and Aged Care caseload, supporting clients to achieve greater independence, participation and quality of life.
With the backing of a dedicated administration and clinical leadership team, you'll be able to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional outcomes for your clients.
Your Week Will Typically Include
- 3 to 4 client-facing days
- Protected administration time for reports and clinical documentation
- A versatile hybrid work model with the ability to work from home
- Clinical supervision, peer support and professional development
- Local community visits throughout Hobart, Launceston and surrounding areas
In This Role, You Will
- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs).
- Undertake home environment assessments and recommendations.
- Support clients to achieve meaningful goals and improve daily functioning.
- Provide assistive technology and equipment recommendations where appropriate.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that support independence and participation.
- Educate clients, families, carers and support workers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
About You
We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about improving outcomes for people living with disability and older Australians.
You will have:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Diploma, Bachelor's or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.We are the above"
