Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end People function for Customer Service and Logistics at the Truganina site and Central Supply Chain teams
n
- Support business strategy and workforce planning
n
- Deliver capability-building programs
n
- Manage and advise on employee relations cases
n
- Interpret policies and EBAs
n
- Manage the annual engagement survey and related actions
n
- Manage objective-setting and performance-management cycles
n
- Enhance leader and team capabilities through the internal lean manufacturing excellence program
n
- Improve employee engagement through plans and actions
n
- Build leadership capability from executives and partners through frontline leaders
n
- Lead the HR calendar, including Strategic Talent Review and Succession Planning, Goal Setting Alignment and Review, and Performance Calibration
n
- Play a leadership role on the relevant Leadership Team
n
- Lead the Employee Relations agenda, including grievance and dispute management, bargaining activities, and consultation processes
n
- Serve as the first point of contact for site-based ER cases
n
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of HR / People & Culture generalist or business partner experience
n
- Preferably experience in FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing
n
- Sound knowledge and experience managing IR/ER matters in the Australian jurisdiction
n




- Experience working across waged/EBA and unionised workforces and qualified support teams
n
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Initiative and excellent stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong strategic and action orientation
n
- Very strong prioritisation and time-management skills
n
- HR / Business degree qualified or equivalent experience
n
