About the role

- Support from an Exercise Physiology Lead & Clinical Coordinators
n
- Mentoring for new graduates and clinicians with 3+ years' experience
n
- Flexibility in days/hours
n
- Opportunity to grow community and private caseloads, and run group programs
n
- Involvement in multi-disciplinary team meetings, education and student supervision
n
- Strong induction program with ongoing supervision
n
- Fully equipped gym and consultation rooms located in Maryborough
n
n
Role Requirements
n
n
- Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation - Essential
n
- Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills
n
- Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
n
- Ability to run group exercise classes
n
- Effective time‐management and accurate documentation skills
n
- Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential
n
- Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standards
n
- Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi
n
