We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation environment, helping design and improve digital products and services that are accessible, intuitive and genuinely user-centred.
n
This is an opportunity to work across complex digital initiatives, partnering closely with product, business and technology teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
- Designing user flows, wireframes and prototypes from low to high fidelity
n
- Conducting user research, workshops and usability testing
n
- Facilitating co-design sessions with a range of stakeholders
n
- Translating user and business requirements into practical UX/UI solutions
n
- Contributing to and evolving design systems and reusable design patterns
n
- Designing with accessibility and WCAG guidelines in mind
n
- Creating storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to communicate concepts
n
- Working closely with product owners, business analysts and other delivery teams
n
- Presenting design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders
n
- Supporting requirements definition, documentation and project deliverables
n
n
Ideally you will have:
n
n
- 3–5 years' experience working as a UX/UI Designer
n
- Strong knowledge of contemporary UX/UI methodologies
n
- Proven experience with user research, requirements elicitation, workshops and prototyping
n
- Experience designing to accessibility requirements and WCAG guidelines
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Experience using Figma for user flows, wireframes and prototypes
n
- Experience designing for web portals and/or mobile applications will be highly regarded
n
- Experience contributing to or managing design systems will be highly regarded
n
- A genuine interest in accessible design and inclusive digital experiences
n
n
