The Opportunity

As a Barista, you will play animportant role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and servinghigh-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customerservice. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smoothdaily operations across our busy café outlets.

To ensure your success in thisrole, you will have:
n
n
- Previous barista experience in a fast-pacedhospitality environment
n
- Ability to prepare high-quality coffeeconsistently and efficiently
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Experience using POS systems
n
- A positive,
reliable, and team-focused approach
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygienestandards
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster,including weekends and public holidays
n
n
Your responsibilities willinclude:
n
n
- Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, andlight menu items
n
- Delivering friendly and efficient customerservice
n
- Taking orders and processing transactions viaPOS
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workarea
n
- Supporting daily café operations, includingopening and closing duties
n
- Working collaboratively with kitchen andfront-of-house teams
n
n
