Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Driver Records & Trip Audit Officer to join our team commencing on a casual basis 2 - 3 days per week.

This role is responsible for the review of driver daily paperwork, trip records, and fare calculations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity across our taxi fleets.

n

You will play a key role in identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Review and verify daily driver paperwork, including trip sheets and records
n
- Audit fare calculations and trip data for accuracy and consistency when required
n
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors, or missing information
n
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
n
- Liaise with operations/drivers to resolve documentation or reporting issues
n
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team if needed
n

About You

n

n
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
n




- Confident working with numbers and basic calculations
n
- Previous experience in administration, transport, or compliance roles (preferred)
n
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem-solve effectively
n
- Good communication skills when dealing with drivers and internal staff
n
- MYOB experience an advantage
n
