Job Description

Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support recovery and rehabilitation for individuals with injury, illness or disability. You will help clients regain independence, improve quality of life and reintegrate into work and community life.

Based in Miranda, you will develop holistic rehab plans, conduct diverse assessments, and identify practical return-to-work pathways through collaboration with clients, families, insurers, employers and other healthcare professionals.
