We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead the next stage of growth for our business.

Reporting directly to the Board, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving business performance, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently within a regulated financial services setting.

This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to an experienced executive with a strong commercial mindset, proven leadership capability, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- ·Lead the overall strategic direction and execution of the business.

- ·Develop and implement business growth initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue.
n
- ·Oversee the day‐to‐day operations across all business functions, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance.
n
- ·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, strategic partners and key stakeholders.
n
- ·Identify new business opportunities and support the development of new products and services.
n
- ·Ensure the business operates in compliance with all relevant regulatory and governance requirements.
n
- ·Lead, mentor and develop senior leadership and management teams.
n
- ·Monitor financial performance, budgets and key business objectives.
n
- ·Foster a high‐performance, collaborative and accountable workplace culture.
n
- ·Report directly to the Board on business performance,



strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

About You

n

n
- ·Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline (MBA is highly regarded).
n
- ·Minimum 5–10 years' experience in a senior leadership role within FinTech, Payments, Foreign Exchange, Banking or Financial Services.
n
- ·Demonstrated experience leading business growth and managing high‐performing teams.
n
- ·Strong commercial acumen with proven experience delivering revenue growth and operational improvements.
n
- ·Solid understanding of the Australian financial services industry and regulatory environment.
n
- ·Experience in payments, foreign exchange, cross‐border payments or other regulated financial services will be highly regarded.
n
- ·Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- ·Strategic thinker with strong problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
n
- ·Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, partners and stakeholders.
