My client is a well established accounting firm based on the Gold Coast. This firm has been in operation for 40+ years. This firm is well poised to grow rapidly over the coming years.

The firm works with some of the Gold Coast's largest businesses.

POSITION

n

Due to succession planning and incredible growth, the position of Director has been created within this firm's business services division.

n

This role will involve:

n

n
- Work alongside the existing team of Partners/Directors
n
- Managing and mentoring a team of motivated accountants
n
- Working on high level advisory projects and complex tax compliance matters
n
- Identifying advisory projects within the current client base
n
- Nurturing current client relationships
n

n

CANDIDATE

n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

n

n
- CA/CPA
n




- Public Practice Certificate/Tax Agent's License (or eligible to obtain)
n
- 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
n
- A genuine interest in progressing to equity partnership (non negotiable)
n
- Ability to manage client relationships
n
- Experience with new business development
n
- Experience with advisory
n
- Solid tax knowledge
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
n

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package with a clear path to partnership within 12-18 months.
