Carers Collective in Queensland is seeking a Quality & Compliance Assistant to help maintain high standards of quality, compliance and participant-centred practice.

You'll support internal audits, assist with NDIS compliance, collect and analyse data, support risk management and continuous improvement projects, and work with staff, participants and families. This role offers a transparent path toward a Quality & Compliance Officer.
