Join a leading global fintech company operating in the online trading and financial services space. As a Senior P&C; Business Partner, you will partner closely with Technology and Product leaders as a trusted HR advisor, driving people strategies, employee experience, organizational effectiveness and business outcomes across a fast-paced, global environment.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will work with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures while contributing to global People & Culture initiatives.

n

What Will You Do:

n

n
- Partner with Technology and Product leaders to understand business priorities and deliver effective people solutions.
n
- Act as a trusted advisor, coach and confidante to senior leaders on people and organizational matters.
n
- Drive initiatives across organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, change management and workforce planning.
n
- Support global P&C; cycles including performance management, remuneration and employee engagement.
n
- Proactively manage employee relations matters and people-related risks across different regions.
n
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
n
- Lead and support P&C; projects focused on employee experience, culture and organizational effectiveness.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, reporting and employee experience.
n
- Develop high-quality HR policies, guidelines, manager resources, reports and communications.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and wider P&C; teams to deliver effective people outcomes.
n
- Contribute to global P&C; strategy, policies and process improvements.
n
- Lead internal P&C; communications through platforms such as email, Slack and other communication channels.
n
- Support capability development and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and delivery excellence.
n
- Work effectively across regions, cultures and time zones.
n

What Makes You a Good Fit:

n

n
- 10+ years of HR/P&C; experience, including strong experience at a senior Business Partner level.
n
- Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
n
- Proven experience partnering with Technology and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience within fintech, financial services, technology or a similarly dynamic industry is highly desirable.
n
- Strong experience handling employee relations, organizational change and people challenges across multiple regions.
n
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement people initiatives from planning through to execution.
n




- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders effectively.
n
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to turn workforce data into actionable insights.
n
- Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
n
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
n
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with commercial and business objectives.
n
- Comfortable using technology, HR systems and data-driven tools.
n
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, approachable and hands-on in approach.
n
- Comfortable working across different cultures, regions and time zones.
n
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
n
- Experience in Organizational Design.
n
- Experience supporting geographically distributed Technology and Product teams.
