We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our rapidly expanding Norht Brisbane team.

About the role

n

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating insurance repair works across the Brisbane region while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey.

n

Your responsibilities will include

n

n
- Preparing accurate estimates and scopes of works for insurance repairs
n
- Building strong relationships with customers, trades and stakeholders
n
- Managing repair outcomes in line with company KPIs and service standards
n
- Ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations
n
- Using repair management systems and mobile technology effectively
n
- Delivering a high level of communication and customer care
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Cert III in Carpentry (highly regarded)
n
- Current White Card
n
- Current Driver Licence
n
- Previous estimating experience (insurance experience highly regarded)
n




- Robust understanding of the National Construction Code and WHS requirements
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and mobile technology
n
- Ability to read, interpret and create scopes of work
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
n
- Insurance industry experience and water claim management knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
n
