Business Development Manager |Logistics & 3PL | $$$$$$ SALARY PACKAGE

This is a true Business Development position focused on identifying, developing and securing recent business opportunities across transport, warehousing, distribution and third-party logistics (3PL). You'll work closely with prospective customers to understand their supply chain requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions that create long-term value.

Key responsibilities

- Winning new logistics, transport and warehousing customers
- Developing strategic relationships across a diverse range of industries
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation
- Preparing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Working closely with operations to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Representing the business professionally within the market

About you

- Proven track record of generating new business
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills




- Ability to identify customer challenges and develop commercial solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own sales activity
- Experience within logistics, transport, freight, warehousing or supply chain is highly regarded
- Great base salary (depending on experience)
