The Lodge Wadjemup on Rottnest Island is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house team across Sunsets Bar & Dining, Pelican Kiosk, Function Centre and the seasonal Pool Bar. You will drive exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations across multiple outlets and events.
This live-on position includes staff accommodation at a low weekly rent and opportunities to manage wide-ranging hospitality experiences on one of Australia’s iconic island destinations.
