Pharmacy Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)

Orana Mall Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and professional community pharmacy team in Dubbo.

About the role

n

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an important part of the team, helping customers feel welcomed, supported and confident in their healthcare choices.

n

You will assist customers with product selection, provide professional service, support stock presentation and merchandising, and work closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to ensure customers receive a high standard of care.

n

This role may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the successful candidate and business needs.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Providing friendly, skilled and helpful customer service
n
- Assisting customers with product selection and general pharmacy enquiries
n
- Supporting the pharmacy team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
n
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across key pharmacy categories
n
- Assisting with merchandising, displays and store presentation
n
- Supporting stock management, ordering, unpacking and rotation
n
- Processing sales and general point of sale duties
n
- Supporting pharmacists with the delivery of pharmacy services where appropriate
n
- Contributing to health awareness campaigns, community initiatives and promotional activities
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional retail environment
n




- Following pharmacy procedures, privacy requirements and WHS standards
n

- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
