This organisation is on an exciting growth journey, forecasted to open 30-40 restaurants per annum in Australia over the next 3-5 years of which approximately 50% will be franchised restaurants, and the balance will be corporately owned restaurants. As a result, the business needs another People Experience Business Partner who will be instrumental in supporting a region of restaurants that are crucial to their vision.

This role will support leaders to create a great experience for their people through effective performance management and ER, support talent mapping, succession planning, engagement initiatives and run and manage the engagement surveys.
