- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and organise files, records, and databases for easy access and reference.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for team activities and workshops.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office workplace.
A successful Team Assistant/PA should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Public Sector or a related field is highly regarded.
