The Opportunity

Working closely with executive and senior leadership teams, you will lead the people and capability components of major transformation initiatives, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for future success. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing together strategic workforce planning, organisational development, change leadership and culture initiatives to deliver lasting outcomes.

Key areas of focus include:

- Leading people and capability strategies across organisation-wide transformation programs.

- Partnering with leaders to align workforce and people plans with strategic priorities.
n
- Driving organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, culture and performance.
n
- Developing and implementing change management strategies that support adoption and engagement.

- Facilitating strategic workforce planning and future capability initiatives.

- Building strong relationships across the organisation to influence, align and enable change.

About You

n

You are an experienced People & Culture professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical and team-oriented approach. Comfortable operating at executive level, you bring credibility, influence and the ability to navigate complexity while keeping people at the centre of decision-making.

You will likely bring:

- Experience leading or partnering on significant transformation, organisational development or change programs.
n
- Strong capability in workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.
n
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A data-informed approach to decision making and problem solving.l
n
- Experience translating strategy into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
