Job Description

Stryker's ANZ Commercial team seeks a senior skilled to own a portfolio of strategic customers and private buying groups, guiding long-term partnerships rather than transactional deals.

You will lead complex negotiations end to end with Pricing, Financial Solutions and Legal, build account strategy including P&L;, rebates and growth, and influence across Sales, BU Directors, and leadership to land One Stryker outcomes.
