What you'll be doing:

- Leading our front-of-house team
n
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Supporting restaurant, bar and brewery operations
n
- Training and mentoring staff
n
- Assisting with rosters, stock control and daily operations
n
- Helping deliver functions, live music and special events
n
- Working alongside management to grow the business
n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous hospitality leadership experience
n
- Loves great food,

n
- Leads by example with a positive attitude
n
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
n
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Holds a current RSA (essential)
n
- Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
