The role:

We’re looking for a hands‑on Supervisor to lead operations at our customer site in Heathwood QLD working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about developing people, driving results, and exceeding customer expectations.

What you’ll do

- Lead and support a team of 30+ company and subcontractor drivers, ensuring safe, compliant, and on‑time delivery performance
- Manage daily transport operations for a household-name customer, driving service excellence
- Allocate runs, resources, and fleet effectively to meet KPIs and customer requirements
- Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner on‑site
- Oversee compliance with safety, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility obligations
- Complete operational and compliance reports as directed by Site Management
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

What you will bring:

- Experience in 3PL transport operations, with strong knowledge of fleet and driver management
- Previous exposure to customer‑site operations and direct driver supervision (desirable)
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage drivers
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Competence with transport management systems (TMS) and related compliance processes
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence to lead from the front in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment
