About the role
n
MSS Security is looking for a Casual Security Officer to work in our Wagga Airport site . This position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence at the airport, while also performing passenger and baggage screening services.
n
Duties include but are not limited to:
n
n
- Passenger & checked baggage security screening.
n
- Managing traffic flow & screen at security checkpoints within the airport
n
- Providing solid customer service and responding professionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Maintaining and following all compliance procedures and safety measures
n
- Recording incident reports as required
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection - Free paid training for the right candidates!
n
- Security Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
n
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
n
- Ability to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
n
- Customer service experience with high attention to detail
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
