How To Build The Resume Evidence

Lead each recent role with scope: the division or portfolio supported, annual budget, workforce size, reporting cycle, systems and level of stakeholders. Without that context, the panel cannot easily distinguish a substantial business-partnering role from a smaller management-accounting position with a similar title.

Use achievement bullets that join analysis to influence. For example, identify the forecast or workforce issue, the data you interpreted, the executive discussion you led and the decision or saving that followed.
