Special Needs Teachers – Autism

ANZUK Education is seeking passionateSpecial Needs Teachers (Autism)for casual opportunities in specialist schools across Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.

The schools we support have students with a range of intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities and focus on helping each student achieve their individual potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will:

- Work with small class sizes (6-10 students per class)
- Be supported by teaching assistants and experienced staff
- Join inclusive and well-resourced specialist school environments
- Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives

Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply. Skills & experience To be successful, you will have:

- Experience working with children with Autism(preferred but not essential)
- A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Understanding of special education and disabilities
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy

Requirements

- Must hold a current VIT registration(or in progress)
- Recent teaching experience (outlined in CV)
- Two professional referees(principal-class or mentors accepted for graduates)
- Working rights in Australia
