We're opening an exciting recent MECCA store in Belconnen, ACT, and we're looking for a passionate Operations Specialist to help bring it to life from day one on a permanent, part-time basis for 30 hours per week.

n

Our Belconnen store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role behind the scenes, making sure our store is organised, well-stocked and ready for our customers and team to deliver MECCA magic every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

n

n
- Keep the store well-stocked, organised and beautifully presented so our customers always have an exceptional experience
n
- Complete daily stock maintenance and cyclical stock management processes
n
- Support the Leadership Team to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences
n
- Identify and drive operational activities that contribute to overall store performance
n
- Help maintain high standards across stockroom organisation, replenishment and store presentation
n
- Contribute to a safe,



organised and positive environment for our team and customers
n

- Availability to work across early mornings, late evenings and weekends

- The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to the needs of a brand-new store
