MHE Civil is seeking experienced Final Trim GPS Excavator Operators for ongoing work across major civil infrastructure projects in NSW.

n

Positions are available across Newcastle, the Hunter and Maitland, along with DIDO opportunities in Central West NSW on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster.

MHE Civil is seeking experienced Final Trim GPS Excavator Operators for ongoing work across major civil infrastructure projects in NSW.

n

Positions are available across Newcastle, the Hunter and Maitland, along with DIDO opportunities in Central West NSW on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster.

The Role

n

You will be operating GPS-equipped excavators undertaking detailed excavation and final trim works, including:

n

- Final trim and detailed excavation
n
- Working to design levels and tight tolerances
n
- GPS machine control
n
- General civil earthworks
n
- Daily pre-starts and equipment checks
n




- Maintaining a high standard of safety and workmanship
n

n

About You

n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator
n
- Strong GPS machine control experience
n
- Ability to confidently work to plans, levels and design
n
- Civil construction or infrastructure experience
n
- Current White Card
n
- Current SOA (Statement of Attainment)
n
- Valid VOC completed within the last two years
n
- Robust safety awareness
n
- Reliable and able to work well within a crew
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
n
