Camplify is seeking a Head of Underwriting for its MyWay insurance product in Newcastle, NSW. This leadership role requires owning the underwriting and product lifecycle, using data to balance risk, pricing and profitability, and collaborating across functions to build a scalable, profitable insurance offering.
You will lead via influence, not a large team, and be based in Newcastle to attend Wickham HQ four days a week. Experience in insurers or underwriting environments is highly valued.
