The Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

n

The key focus of the role will be to:

n

n
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
n
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self‐determination and comfort.
n
- Assist the resident with self‐care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
n

To be successful

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
n
- Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
n
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport,



Birth Certificate etc)
n
- Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
