SITE BASED HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC | FULL TIME | FIFO/DIDO

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

RDH are seeking experiencedHeavy Diesel MechanicsforSite BasedFIFO projectson an 8:6 or 2:1 roster.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Perform planned preventative and breakdown maintenance on Civil and Mining mobile plant
n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across a diverse fleet
n
- Work across an expansive range of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (300+ RDH-owned assets)
n
- Maintain equipment to ensure reliability and sustainable operations
n
- Work independently on site or collaboratively within the workshop team
n

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

- Experience across Heavy Mobile Plant, Trucks and Trailers
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
n




- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
n
- Flexible and adaptable mindset

- Professional, safe and timely work practices

- Robust communication skills
n
- Currently located in WA with full Australian working rights
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
n
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance

EDUCATION, LICENCES AND TRAINING

n

n
- Australian-recognised Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant)
n
- Valid Australian HR Driver's License
n
- Construction Induction (White/Blue Card)
n
- Mobile Plant Technology Trade (highly regarded)
n
- Air-conditioning license & experience (highly regarded)
n
