n 6-Month Contract | Up to $1200 inc. super per day

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong infrastructure experience to join a transformation program.

n

This is a true Delivery Lead/Scrum Master role, not a Project Manager position. You'll work closely with technical infrastructure teams to facilitate delivery, remove blockers and help the team stay focused on achieving their sprint goals.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective delivery.
n
- Work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to identify and remove blockers.
n
- Manage team dependencies and help keep delivery moving.
n
- Work with Project Managers and technical stakeholders to support delivery
n
- Drive practical continuous improvement within the team.
n




- Proven Delivery Lead/Scrum Master experience in a large enterprise environment.
n
- Strong infrastructure, platform or engineering experience - essential.
n
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and engineers.
n
- Good understanding of infrastructure technology and delivery environments.
n
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Practical, hands-on approach to removing blockers and enabling delivery.
n
- Banking or regulated workplace experience highly regarded.
n

n Contract: 6 month day rate
n Rate: Up to $1200 inc super
