About the Role

n

An Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides rapid assessment, treatment, and ongoing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses, injuries, and life-threatening conditions. They work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to prioritise care through triage, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, respond to medical emergencies, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Registered Midwife and Nurse holding current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
n
- Relevant post graduate education or experience in Emergency
n
