Redcat is seeking a field service technician to install and prestage hardware for hospitality venues across local and interstate locations. You will troubleshoot POS systems, network devices and related hardware while liaising with clients and third-party technicians to ensure smooth deployment and accurate issue resolution.
You should have a full driver's licence, solid communication skills, and a willingness to learn current hospitality technologies.
