Southern Cross Fertilisers is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to own day-to-day HR operations during a 12-month standalone transition. This hands-on generalist role sits near operations, handling ER, recruitment, and people processes while the business builds its systems and capability.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager – HR and partner leaders directly rather than administer under supervision. The role requires a track record of independent ER work, travel to sites on a 4x3 roster,
