Department of Justice (Tasmania) is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Administrator to forecast and manage daily staff redeployments and scheduling for the Tasmania Prison Service, using rostering software. The role requires accurate administration of rostering and overtime in line with COA policies and industrial agreements.

You will also handle staff shift swaps, training, and workers’ compensation plans, ensuring timely meal allowances and leave approvals while interpreting applicable
