As an HR Officer in the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department in Runcorn. Your role will help ensure smooth processes across recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Description

- Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
n
- To act as point of contact to apprentices and contractors in IR35.
n
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
n
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
n
- Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
n
- Support on updating accurate employee data.
n
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
n
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

n

A Successful HR Officer Should Have

n

n
- Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
n




- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
n
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
n
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
n
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Hybrid working - minimum of 3 days in office.
n

Job Offer

- Salary between £36,000 and £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
n
- Permanent position in Runcorn.
n
