Robinson Civil Group (RCG) is a well-established, family-owned civil construction company based on the Atherton Tablelands. We deliver road construction, rehabilitation and civil infrastructure projects throughout Far North Queensland, with a solid pipeline of ongoing work.

We're currently looking for experienced Civil Construction Plant Operators to join our crews across regional and remote project locations.

n

The Work

n

You'll be working as part of an experienced civil construction crew across a variety of road and earthworks projects.

n

We're particularly interested in operators experienced on:

n

n
- Graders
n
- final trim
n
- Excavators
n
- Loaders
n
- Rollers
n
- Backhoes
n

n

Experience with GPS/UTS machine control, road construction, pavement works, earthworks and final trim will be highly regarded.

n

If you're competent across more than one machine, even better – we value versatile operators and provide opportunities to broaden your skills and plant competencies.

About You

n

We're looking for operators who are confident on their machine, take pride in their work and understand what's expected on a civil construction site.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Demonstrated plant operating experience in civil construction, roadworks or earthworks
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- A strong commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work away from home on regional and remote projects
n
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
n
- Higher-class driver's licences and experience across multiple items of plant will be highly regarded.
