Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with clinical standards
n
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care plans
n
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
n
- Monitor patient and resident conditions and elevate concerns when required
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
n
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
n
- Support patients, residents, and families with empathy and professionalism
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Relevant qualifications and current registration/certification where applicable
n




- Current AHPRA registration for nursing and allied health roles
n
- Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
n
- Experience in acute care, private hospital, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check (where applicable)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
