We are seeking managers for a holiday park located in the Whitsundays.

n

Roster 14 days on and 8 days off

n

$116,000 per couple

n

Position would be best suited for a couple

n

Job Requirements

n

Roles and Duties

n

n
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the holiday park
n
- Managing reception and reservation duties
n
- Assisting park guests
n
- Managing and working with a small team of cleaners and other staff members
n
- Operating and ensuring safe use of park plant, machinery and equipment
n
- Enforcing park rules OHS and regulations
n
- Representing the park as required
n
- Working with the local council, businesses and community groups
n
- Daily and monthly reporting as required
n
- Grounds keeping tasks
n
- Running of bingo nights, pizza nights
n

n

Skills And Experience

n

n
- Be available to work weekends, school and public holidays
n




- Possess great communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Be confident and able to work unsupervised
n
- Have excellent references from your previous employers
n
- Must have previous caravan park experience
n
- Excellent customer and communications skills
n
- High degree of maintenance skills is a must
n
- Attention to detail, adaptable and reliable
n
- Trade skills to assist in park maintenance are highly desirable
n
- Previous experience using RMS9 highly desirable
n

Other Requirements Prior To Commencing

n

n
- Must have a current First Aid Certificate
n
- National Police Clearance
n
- Current RSA Certificate or willing to obtain one
n
- Current drivers license
n
- Current ABN/ACN
n
- Current Public Liability.
n
- You will require your own Caravan / Motor home
n
