Bayside City Council is seeking an Equity, Inclusion and Impact Lead to join the Community Wellbeing Team. The role will shape and measure the organisation's equity and inclusion strategies, coordinating internal networks and external partnerships to drive gender equity actions.
You will advise on policy, design action plans, and report on progress for the Gender Equity Action Plan within the Health and Inclusion Plan (2025-2029). Hybrid work is available with a central Sandringham location.
