ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor, you will act as the key recruitment contact for designated areas of the business, managing recruitment activities from initial workforce planning through to onboarding.
n
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver timely, compliant and high-quality recruitment outcomes across a range of operational and corporate roles.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, reference checks and pre-employment activities.
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
n
- Support recruitment campaigns, volume recruitment and workforce attraction initiatives.
n
- Coordinate overseas recruitment and work/visitor visa applications where required.
n
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and recruitment reporting.
n
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Australian employment legislation,
company policies and internal procedures.
n
- Support the development and review of position descriptions, recruitment templates and employment documentation.
n
- Coordinate closely with HR Administration and hiring departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
n
- Provide recruitment updates, market insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
n
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and recruitment practices.
n
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and other HR initiatives as required.

ABOUT YOU
n
We are looking for someone who isorganised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced mining environment. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (Desirable)
n
- At least3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
n
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
n
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
n
- A professional approach with a solid commitment to confidentiality.
n
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese are highly regarded.
