Are you an experienced AI Solution Architect, AI Engineer or Technical Delivery Lead looking for an opportunity to shape and deliver innovative AI solutions at scale?

n

We're partnering with a large and complex organisation seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership across the design, development and implementation of next-generation AI solutions.

n

This is a hands‐on technical leadership role where you'll work at the intersection of AI, cloud, data and business transformation - turning business challenges into secure, scalable and practical AI solutions.

n

The Opportunity

n

As the AI Solution Delivery Lead, you'll take ownership of the technical delivery of AI initiatives from proof of concept and pilot through to production.

n

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, platform teams and developers to design and deliver AI applications, agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Designing and delivering AI‐enabled solutions, agents and copilots.
n
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
n
- Developing proof of concepts, pilots and production‐ready AI solutions.
n
- Working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
n
- Designing AI workflows, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge‐grounding solutions.
n
- Building integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms and knowledge repositories.
n
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring developers and solution builders.
n
- Establishing reusable patterns, standards, accelerators and best practices for AI delivery.
n




- Working closely with security, architecture and cloud teams to ensure solutions are secure, governed and production‐ready.
n
- Supporting the transition of AI solutions into operational support.
n

About You

n

You'll be a technically strong AI professional who can combine hands‐on solution development with technical leadership.

n

Ideally, you'll bring experience across:

n

n
- AI engineering and solution development
n
- Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and/or AWS Bedrock
n
- Generative AI, LLMs, agent development and prompt engineering
n
- RAG, vector stores and knowledge retrieval
n
- Solution and integration architecture
n
- APIs, enterprise systems and data platforms
n
- Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
n
- Technical leadership, mentoring and guiding delivery teams
n
- Security, governance and Responsible AI principles
n

n

You'll be comfortable working with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders and have the ability to take an AI concept from idea to production‐ready solution.
