Our client is a growing and successful finance and leasing business seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team 2 days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‐on, providing practical HR advice and helping a growing business build strong people practices.

HR Generalist / HR Advisor – 2 Days Per Week

n

About the Role

n

Working closely with management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:

n

n
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
n
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
n
- Managing performance and employee relations matters
n
- Assisting with policies, procedures and HR documentation
n
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and best practice
n
- Providing advice on remuneration, performance reviews and workplace issues
n
- Helping develop and improve HR processes as the business continues to grow
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is practical, approachable and confident providing advice across a broad range of HR matters.

n





You may be an experienced HR Generalist looking for greater flexibility, a professional returning to the workforce after a career break, or an experienced HR practitioner who would prefer a rewarding part‐time prospect rather than a full‐time commitment.

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Solid generalist HR experience
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A practical and solutions-focused approach
n
- The confidence to work autonomously and build robust relationships with stakeholders
n
- Previous experience supporting a small to medium‐sized business would be highly regarded
n
