What You'll Be Doing

n

- Visiting clients in their homes to understand their vision, space, and needs
n
- Creating tailored renovation proposals that balance aesthetics, function, and budget
n
- Using Revit or SketchUp to bring concepts to life and support selections
n
- Collaborating with our project team to ensure seamless handover and execution
n
- Following up leads, nurturing relationships, and closing with integrity
n
- Staying across trends, suppliers, and compliance
n
- Owning the client journey from first consult to selections
n

What You'll Bring

n

n




- Experience in sales, interiors, or renovations (client-facing preferred)
n
- Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, interiors, or renovations
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills
n
- Proficiency in Revit or SketchUp (essential)
n
- A Diploma in Interior Design or similar qualification
n
- A knack for building trust and simplifying complex decisions
n
- Tech-savvy with quoting tools and basic Excel
n
- A valid driver's licence and confidence visiting homes across Melbourne
n
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
n
