Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join us on a new project in Sydney. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

As the Site Manager you will posses strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Project Manager and Director.

n

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

n

n
- Minimum of 7 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor with Design and Construct experience on projects $40 million+
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
n
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
n
- Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
n
- Competency in conflict and crisis management.
n
- Excellent time and project management skills.
n
- Expert knowledge of building products,



construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
n
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
n
- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
n
