The Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy across Azure's portfolio of residential developments. Co. Recruit is partnering exclusively with Azure to appoint an experienced Senior Manager | Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function across the business. The role will take ownership of project revenue, sales performance, pricing and release strategies, lead generation and customer conversion, while overseeing the customer journey from project launch through to settlement. You will lead, mentor and develop a growing sales and marketing team, while working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive project performance. This is a commercially focused role with genuine influence over project strategy,
brand positioning and the performance of Azure's growing development pipeline.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years' experience in residential property sales and marketing, ideally within the property development sector
- Proven success delivering presales targets across medium to large-scale residential developments
- Strong off-the-plan sales experience including pricing, staged releases and channel strategy
- Strong commercial acumen across revenue, margins, cost of sale and project performance
- Experience across project marketing, lead generation, customer conversion and brand management
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Strong market intelligence, analytical, forecasting and reporting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
