We are currently seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team across Gold Coast and in the Ormeau area.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Personal support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
n
- High‐level personal care, including mobility assistance and falls‐risk awareness
n
- Community access — supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
n
- Domestic assistance — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
n
- Companionship — offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
n
- Mental‐health‐informed support — understanding behavioural cues and providing calm, reassuring interaction
n
- Care plan documentation — following individualised plans and accurately recording services
n




- Team collaboration — working closely with our coordinators and clinical team to ensure secure, high‐quality support
n

About You

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‐related studies
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
