Delivery Lead - Data / Digital Platforms

Sydney | 3 days onsite (Surry Hills / Norwest) | 6 month contract | $950 per day + Super

We're working with a large enterprise business looking for a Delivery Lead to join a programme focused on improving customer data platforms and data governance.

n

This role sits across two technical squads working on data systems, consent and platform improvements that support digital customer experiences and future AI capabilities.

n

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. It's a hands-on Delivery Lead position working closely with engineers, tech leads and product teams to drive delivery outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Leading delivery across two cross-functional squads (engineering, data, product)
n
- Working closely with engineers and tech leads to unblock delivery and keep things moving
n
- Managing dependencies, risks and delivery cadence across multiple workstreams
n
- Keeping delivery pragmatic and focused on outcomes rather than process
n




- Supporting teams to improve execution and delivery standards
n

n

What they're looking for:

n

n
- Experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or similar
n
- Robust background working in digital product or platform engineering environments
n
- Experience working with data platforms, APIs, microservices or cloud-based systems
n
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and challenging where needed
n
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
n

Nice to have:

- Experience working on customer data platforms or data governance initiatives
n
- Background in retail, ecommerce or high-scale digital environments
n

n
