Job Description

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a registered nurse to join our aged care service in Taralga. You will lead clinical services, develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' individual needs.

This role offers regular shifts, leadership opportunities, and pathways to service management. You will engage with residents, families and health professionals to advocate for quality of life and holistic, person-centred care.
