Key Accountabilities

n

n
- Prepare layouts with experience in civil pre-casting products
n
- Construct formwork to retain wet concrete
n
- Interpret drawings, read plans, and specifications to determine materials required
n
- Measure, cut, nail, and shape parts
n
- Manual handling and labouring duties
n
- Mark and line out the formwork of the drawings
n
- Erect and dismantle formwork as instructed
n
- Assist with steel fixing when required
n
- Monitor formwork throughout the pours
n

Selection Criteria

n

n




- Previous experience as a formwork carpenter/labourer
n
- Precast experience is highly desirable
n
- Forklift and dogging high-risk tickets are highly desirable
n
- The ability to multitask, problem solve, and organise, plan, and schedule activities with good time management
n
- Have the ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions
n
- Be highly motivated with a robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
n
- Hold a valid driver's licence
n
