You Will Have

n

- **Fellowship of RANZCP or equivalent**
n
- **Eligibility for AHPRA registration**
n
- Experience managing complex mental health presentations
n
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Highly Regarded (but Not Essential)

- Leadership or service development experience
n
- Teaching, supervision, or training involvement
n
- Research or quality improvement experience
